Bollywood’s dreamiest couple Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were in deep trouble when their eldest son Aryan Khan was detained by NCB. And recently when Gauri was on Koffee With Karan Season 7, she broke silence and talked about their reaction to Aryan’s arrest.

When Karan Johar asked Gauri about how was life since covid as Shah Rukh wasn’t doing any movies and later Aryan was in police custody for 14 days, hence how did the family react to it and cope up with it. Gauri Khan was quick to say that it was the worst.

However, she further added, that they are in a much better space now. She feels that once you have overcome the worst, nothing fears you anymore. And that’s how the Khan family sees it. Gauri also said that they as a family have come out stronger and gave credits to SRK fans for praying and reaching out to them.

Gauri said that they were million people who she didn’t even know, but stood with her and supported the family during this tough time. Gauri Khan said that she’ll truly grateful towards the people who prayed for Aryan.

Without making any comment on NCB or the investigation, Gauri said that that Aryan was home as he was innocent. For the unversed, Last year, the narcotics agency detained Aryan Khan and many others when drugs were discovered on a cruise off the coast of Mumbai. Six people have been charged in the case, but a complaint against them has not been filed due to a lack of evidence, while 14 were charge-sheeted in the case.

Aryan Khan was arrested under the NDPS Act’s Sections 8C, 20B, 27, and 35. He was later released on bail. The NCB raid on a cruise ship in Mumbai and subsequent action against some people, according to the Congress party, it was a ploy to divert attention away from the real issue of the drug seizure at Mundra port in Gujarat.

After 14 days of custody, Aryan was released on bail and later the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) gave a clean chit to Aryan Khan on May 27 in the high-profile 2021 drugs-on-cruise case. NCB presented a charge sheet in the Special Court stating that Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, has not been found in possession of any narcotics.
